Founded 2002, Texas Venture News is the publisher of the Texas Venture Capital Directory, the only Directory completed devoted to Texas VC firms.

Texas Venture News is owned by Massinvestor, Inc., which also publishes the Massachusetts Venture Capital Directory.

Texas Venture News' editor and publisher, Michael Stern, is a native Texan who graduated from the University of Texas at Austin.
